Quality-First Software Delivery

Working directly with the CTO, I embedded quality throughout the software delivery process at SCB Nexus. Led a team of 10+ engineers including back-end engineers, SDETs, performance testers, and test leads.

Key responsibilities:

  • Established driverless testing for API and UI interfaces
  • Managed testing across 100+ microservices
  • Implemented test data generation and management
  • Developed test doubles for service isolation
  • Led performance and scalability testing using Gatling, K8s, and Grafana
  • Created synthetic monitors for production environments
  • Developed testing dashboards for requirement traceability

Introduced quality gates at every stage of delivery including requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, CI/CD, code reviews, quality metrics, and post-release monitoring.
