Leading Global Test Engineering for FX

As Principal Engineer at LSEG Singapore, I lead a global team of 30+ test engineers responsible for the quality engineering of multiple high-impact projects within the FX department. I report directly to the Head of Technology for FX.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end test engineering for FxAll — LSEG’s flagship FX product used by institutional clients worldwide
• Define and drive the overall test strategy for the entire FX division, working with engineering leads across teams to converge on a unified, scalable approach
• Own test tooling practices across all FX teams, steering the build-out of in-house test frameworks integrated with AI agents to automate monotonous testing work
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering leads to align quality standards, tooling, and processes at scale

Driving AI-powered quality engineering:

• Pioneering the application of agentic engineering in testing — exploring how AI agents can take over repetitive test execution, triage, and reporting tasks
• Building AI-integrated test frameworks that reduce manual effort and improve feedback cycles for development teams
• Researching and prototyping LLM-based approaches to test generation, test maintenance, and intelligent defect analysis
